Important Security Notice – Beware of Fake Messages and Payment Requests

Warning: Fraud Attempts Using Our Hotel’s Name

Fake WhatsApp Messages Circulating

There has been a recent increase in fraudulent WhatsApp messages
in which unknown individuals pose as hotel staff.
Under various pretexts, guests are asked to
confirm their booking details or to enter payment and credit card information
via an included link.

Our hotel’s name may also be misused for such fraud attempts.

Please note: We never send WhatsApp messages
asking you to enter or submit payment details,
credit card information, or personal data.

How to Recognize a Genuine Message from Our Hotel

Our official contact details:

Pay close attention to the full sender address of any email.
The domain following the @ symbol is the crucial part.

Please note: The display of our hotel name or logo as the
WhatsApp sender is not proof of a message’s authenticity.
Phone numbers and email addresses can also be
imitated in fraudulent messages.

What should you do?

  1. Do not click on any link in a WhatsApp message
purportedly from our hotel that asks you to enter personal
    data or payment information.
  2. Never enter your credit card number, security code
(CVC/CVV), passwords, or other confidential data via
    such a link.
  3. Do not reply to suspicious messages and do not transmit
    any documents or personal information.
  4. Contact our hotel exclusively via the official contact details
known to you to verify the authenticity of a message.
  5. If you have already entered data, contact your bank or
credit card provider immediately and have your card
    blocked if necessary.

Your security is important to us

We regret that fraudsters misuse hotel names
to exploit the trust of guests.

Please be particularly vigilant if you are asked on short notice
to confirm your booking, make a repeat payment, or enter
credit card details.
