Our check-in machine offers our guests the greatest possible flexibility
Whether business travelers or tourists – all our guests are happy to be able to check in flexibly and independently at any time of day or night at the check-in machine. Regardless of whether you have previously booked via a booking portal, our own website or by telephone or e-mail, the machine will guide you through the self-check-in process in just a few steps. Of course, if there is capacity, you can also book a room at the machine without prior reservation and check in directly.

Our reception is open 24 hours a day.
Check-out must take place before 12 p.m., later check-out is possible after arrangement.
Check-in is possible after 2 p.m.
To check in at our Arena Hotel, please fill out our Online registration form .
This is necessary in order to comply with the Federal Registration Act and to be able to waive the tourism contribution for business stays.
Our reception is currently not permanently manned due to the pandemic situation and therefore also the occupancy.
If you arrive during reception hours, you can do this with our colleagues as usual.
If you arrive outside of our reception hours, please use our check-in machine on the back of the building. There you can pay, receive your room card and a payment receipt with room number and WiFi access.
If you want a parking space, this is to be booked like a room.
The key card opens the barrier-free night entrance and the respective room door.
In the room, please insert the card in the holder provided to switch on the electrical equipment.
Check out
To check out, please just drop the key in the mailbox next to the main entrance door or leave it in the room.
We will then invoice you for any outstanding costs as requested or send you a PayLink for online payment.

PLEASE NOTE THAT THE MACHINE ONLY ACCEPT CARD PAYMENT. (VISA, V-PAY, MAESTRO, GIROCARD, MASTERCARD, JCB, UNION PAY, DINERS CLUB)
If you have already paid in advance, this is noted in the check-in machine and no further payment is required.
Additionally booked services as well as the tourism contribution of the city of Frankfurt can be conveniently paid for at the machine.
We would also like to point out that the payment for your overnight stay is due at the latest at the time of check-in. This also enables you to check out without contact at any time.
